2. RoofHyve Intellectual Property

RoofHyve owns or licenses the Services, software, source code, object code, workflows, templates, interfaces, documentation, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and related materials. 3. Customer and User Content

Customers and users retain ownership of content they submit to the Services, such as files, images, proposals, project information, messages, and signatures, subject to any rights held by third parties. By submitting content, users grant RoofHyve a limited license to host, process, store, transmit, display, backup, and use that content to provide, secure, support, maintain, improve, and administer the Services.

7. Repeat Infringers

RoofHyve may terminate or restrict accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or violate this Policy.

7A. Account Deletion and IP-Related Records

An account deletion, access removal, or account closure request does not automatically remove content, documents, files, notices, counter-notices, audit records, infringement records, or other information that RoofHyve or a roofing company may need to retain for intellectual property enforcement, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, contract enforcement, or business recordkeeping purposes.

Where possible, RoofHyve may delete, anonymize, or restrict personal account profile information while preserving content records, rights-management records, and related evidence necessary to administer this Policy and protect the rights of RoofHyve, roofing companies, users, customers, and third parties.
